 Second Monitor
When I was working in US about 6 years ago, all of the programmers in my ex company uses 2 monitor for development. It was a surprise to find out that the world did not caught on to the idea. Working with 2 monitor was great, I had one screen showing MSDN and Visual Studio on the second. Currently I painfully resize the window so two or three would fit in my little small laptop screen. My company's IBM T41 does have a video out but it does not expand the desktop, the monitor just showing what the laptop screen shows, bummer...
