CNET.com just made a review of Internet Explorer 7 Beta and they were not impress with it.

Well.. its been 4 years since the last IE version updates but there are uncountable security patches throughout the period. The most important feature in IE7 is the tabbed browsing. I switched to Netscape and Firefox momentarily because of tabbing feature but I finally have to give up both of them cause of their CSS and Javascript in compatibility. The first beta is still not stable and is not recommended for average users.
