3 Tips for Natural Beauty
2008-08-10 | (Relationship - Friendship)

Beauty is a feature of a place, idea, person or object, which gives a perceptual experience of satisfaction, meaning or pleasure. A perfect beauty is a person whom people admire, or who has features largely ascribed to attractiveness in a specific culture. Several historic women such as Helen of Troy, Cleopatra VII and Marilyn Monroe have become symbols of beauty.

Often the subjective experience of beauty comprises of an explanation of some entity as being in harmony and balance with nature which ultimately results in feelings of emotional well-being and attraction.

Not everyone desires a complete make over, as some prefer to maintain a more natural appearance. So how can women attain an attractive look without the use of heavy makeup and cosmetics? Following are a few natural beauty advices and tips which will place you on the path to an unaffected, beautiful you.

1. Practice a healthy lifestyle:

Natural beauty is analogous to a general healthy appearance. Begin with a better lifestyle. Your daily life and attitudes reflect on how you appear to others. It will not be a cause of concern only if people take care of their body.

Eat a suitable, well-balanced diet. Nutritious food results in proper functioning of your internal organs, which shows on the outer surface as well. The trick is to go through the labels cautiously and consume nutritious foods with negligible preservatives. Good nourishment is the key to a person's longevity and beauty.

The world's best skin will not be able to defeat a flabby body. If an individual has been slacking off make it a point to get in good physical shape. Set some practical fitness targets to make your body trim and fit. Start with short-term targets and once they are attained, set new ones.

2. Take care of your skin:

Water plays an important role in maintaining your skin's natural beauty. For radiant skin, it is necessary to drink water to keep the skin supple and soft. Bear in mind to apply lotion to damp skin after taking a shower.

Look for herbal, organic and natural beauty recipes for basic problems of the skin. Whether it is blemishes or dry skin, a person can target the regions, which need it most without using chemicals that irritate the skin.

To avoid leathery skin, you need to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by not exposing much to the sun's hazardous rays. Make it a point to use a sunscreen with SPF of about 15 when enjoying outdoor activities.

3. Reduce Stress:

These days, stress is inevitable because of the fast lifestyle and often reflects in a person's eyes and skin. Make it a routine to pamper yourself and relax everyday if possible. This will enable an individual to plan the subsequent day properly.

When stressed out, be alert of your facial expressions. For instance, if individuals often raise their eyebrows, there will be a possibility of getting permanent wrinkles on the forehead. Thus, try to replace such expressions with fidgeting.

Makeup For Enhancing Natural Beauty:

Individuals need to make use of only the best beauty tools and cosmetic brushes to cover imperfections and add to their finest features. This enables you to use only the required amount while blending in any surplus color.

Apply a sheer foundation or tinted moisturizer with a damp sponge. This will show your natural skin tone while covering minor flaws. Use liquid brush or crème coalesces more naturally then powder. Apply outwards to your cheek's apple and into your hairline to avoid makeup lines.

A person can now improve the beauty of eyelashes without using colors or clumps. These days, clear mascara is accessible to give your eyelashes shine and luster.

Temukan cinta dan with Smileeee
2008-07-16 | (Relationship - Friendship)

  temukan CINTA anda with SMILEeeeee...

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Jadi cintailah semua report yg diminta tanpa rasa kesal, menggerutu karena dikejar-kejar oleh waktu...
ok pren..
nikmati waktu yg berjalan....
dan jangan lupa, SMILE...!!!!

how to catch a cheating spouse here are the 7 biggest signs for catching cheating spouses
2008-05-04 | (Relationship - Friendship)

Catching Cheating Spouses- 7 Biggest Signs - Catch A Cheating Spouse In this report I am going to promptly check over the basic signs of a two-timing and adulterous better half or spouse. I have been a Private detective for 15 years, specialising in marital unfaithfulness/divorce/custody/spousal abuse as well as World Wide Web cheating/cybersex investigations and computer forensics. In my experience these signals are the ones that: 1) Are all but typically exposed, i.e.

IF they are unfaithful then these signals are the ones virtually in all likelihood to be revealed. 2) These are regarded as very strong indicators, therefore: whenever a lot of these signals are revealed then there constitutes a favorable chance that the individual is, as a matter of fact, cheating and two-timing. These signals Are: 1. They state they are working overtime or working after-hours but when you phone their business office you get their voicemail (or a uneasy secretary giving excuses) and when they eventually do arrive home they tell you the telephone system was not working at the business office or some other alibi for not telephoning you back .

That could occur, only not too frequently. It's crucial to read between the lines: are they argumentative and evasive or genuinely offended? 2. If they say they're working late but you can't get in touch with them, call one of their colleagues (or a co-worker's spouse) and nonchalantly inquire about the extra time situation or the recent unreasonable workload.

It helps if you've already established a friendly relationship with the individual you are calling. If they do not know what you are talking about ("What overtime? I have not had to work any overtime.") then, well, that's risky now isn't it? 3. Do their fibs switch and apologies seem thin?

Some people leave the business office at 5 o'clock and show up at home well after midnight because they had a flat tire on the state highway. Have they utilized this excuse, something similar, or something similarly lame, ohhh, like 7 times now? Again, NOT a effective sign!

4. They used to recall every romantic holiday with a card or little present or a romantic picnic simply for the two of you: no longer babe, too bad..."errr, I do not wish to speak about it at present.".... Chances are they're addressing his romantic energy elsewhere mayhap and do not need you any longer? 5.

This is a big one if the suspected spouse is a 'HE': unexpected lack of interest in sexual activity. It doesn't take a mastermind to figure out that whenever he's never NOT 'been in the mood' and all of a sudden Is not interested that there's several intimate shenanigans going on--with somebody in addition to YOU! 6. They blab in their sleep and get confused and perturbed when you ask them who "sweetheart" or "pumpkin-poo" is. They have got pet names for you, but one of them is NOT "pumpkin-poo"? Ok, well, unless they've started calling the family dog "pumpkin-poo" (if they have then your problem is greater than I thought) then they must be addressing somebody else that, and I doubt it is their bowling partner if you know what I mean!

7. You discover condoms in their billfold....the two of you have not had to use condoms in YEARS: guess what sweetheart, they are using them with someone! Resources: The finest detailed and genuinely extensive source of data is a Good Book composed by a colleague of mine that I added to and proof-read: The finest computer surveillance (spying) software package accessible, which I personally use for investigations, that you are able to set up on your partner/spouse's computer to record EVERYTHING they do (chew the fat sessions, instant messages, myspace login & password information. and conversations, electronic mail*, and so forth.) is: likewise first-class:

betting trends for ncaa march madness championship game
2008-04-08 | (Relationship - Friendship)

NCAA March Madness Championship Game Betting Trends - Memphis vs ... - BetUs.com
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It all comes down to this: in San Antonio's Alamodome on Monday night, the Memphis Tigers (38-1 SU, 20-19 ATS) will square off against the Kansas Jayhawks (36-3 SU, 20-15-2 ATS) for the national championship of college basketball. Tipoff time is set for 9:15 PM ET.

At BetUS Sportsbook, Memphis is listed as a three-point favorite, with a total of 147.5 points.

Kansas could win this thing, without question. The Jayhawks bring superior balance to the table, with any of six or seven players capable of busting out for 20 points or more. And there is enough bulk on the inside, in the persons of Darrell Arthur and Darnell Jackson, to keep a defense honest. Kansas is used to playing at a high speed, which means that Memphis isn't going to run the Jayhawks out of the arena. And the guy who everybody thought might be the real wildcard, Brandon Rush, had 25 points in the semifinal game against North Carolina. Rush had surgery in the off-season and got off slowly during the regular season, never seeming to capture the form that saw him garner recognition on a lot of pres-season All-America teams, but he appears to have showed up when it counted most.

The Jayhawks showed exactly how dominant they can be when they got off to a 40-12 lead on North Carolina, but it has to be a real concern that they came very close to blowing that lead when the Tar Heels made their big run at the end of the first half and through the first 10 minutes or so in the second. There was panic going on within the Kansas ranks, and only the fact that North Carolina seemed to run out of gas came between Kansas and the biggest collapse ever.

We think Memphis has some of the components that make it a tougher out than North Carolina was. For one thing, while Tyler Hansbrough, a tenacious offensive player, was something of a liability on defense, Joey Dorsey, the former defensive player of the year in Conference USA, is strong enough, nasty enough, and aggressive enough not to allow Arthur & Co. a clear path to the basket. Rush may be dogged for much of the game by Memphis' 6'6" defensive specialist, Antonio Anderson.

And though we have resisted it thus far in the tournament (with negative results, I might add), it is certainly time to acknowledge strongly that the Memphis guards use their height advantage to shut down their smaller counterparts. They did it to Drew Neitzel of Michigan State, D.J. Augustin and A.J., Abrams of Texas, Darren Collison and Russell Westbrook of UCLA, In this regard, the Kansas backcourt, with 6'1" Russell Robinson, 6'1" Mario Chalmers and reserve 5'11" Sharron Collins, would seem made to order.

As I think I mentioned in an analysis of the Memphis-Texas game, this team continued to blow Michigan State off the floor even while Derrick Rose, the point guard who may go as high as #1 in the draft, was sitting on the bench. That's rare, and that's scary.

Free throws are a subject that have to be addressed, and it deserves mention that having shot just 59.7% from the line during the season, it's the kind of thing that always has a chance of coming up and biting Memphis. But I am starting to believe John Calipari when he says his team will make the shots when it needs to, as its 76-of-94 showing in the last three games (good for 81%) would seem to indicate.

It also might be useful to look at the competition these teams have faced in the tournament. Memphis has scored consecutive double-digit wins over a team in Michigan State coached by a man (Tom Izzo) who is known for making a run in the NCAA tournament, then Texas and UCLA squads that were among the top six or seven in the country toward the end of the year. Total margin of victory in those games was 51 points.

Kansas had beaten Portland State, UNLV, Villanova and Davidson before its 18-point win over North Carolina. That is not as impressive a roster of foes. And more importantly, they have yet to encounter any effective defensive size down low with any one of those teams.

On Monday night that will change, courtesy of Dorsey (and to a certain extent, Robert Dozier too).

We like the Tigers, laying the three points in the BetUS March Madness betting odds.

the kansas jayhawks vs. memphis tigers in the ncaa finals
2008-04-08 | (Relationship - Friendship)

NCAA Finals: Kansas Jayhawks vs. Memphis Tigers - SBR Forum
-----------------------------------------------------------

Bill Self vs. John Calipari. Sasha Kaun and Brandon Rush vs. Joey Dorsey and Derrick Rose. Big 12 vs. Conference USA. And it's for all the marbles in college basketball as the season ends in San Antonio.

Memphis point guard Derrick Rose missed Sunday's media sessions after complaining of stomach problems. You'd have problems, too, if you put the same things in your stomach.

The Tigers were quick to allay any fears about Rose missing Monday's title game against the Kansas Jayhawks. You have to wonder, though, how much better Rose would be if he took a more professional approach to his diet – something more well-rounded, like a giant bag of Doritos and a half-gallon of chocolate milk. Hey, I was 19 once.

The gastronomy of youth aside, athletes who give a dedicated effort are more reliable to their teammates – and to handicappers. Memphis has elevated its game over the past three rounds, covering against three increasingly tough opponents in Michigan State (+5½), Texas (+3½) and UCLA (+2½). Before that, however, Memphis was 15-19-2 against the spread and 4-12 ATS in their previous 16 games.

The North Carolina Tar Heels presented handicappers with a similar puzzle going into their Final Four matchup against Kansas. North Carolina's consistency on defense was a question mark going into the Tournament. But the Heels answered with renewed purpose and a perfect 4-0 ATS record – before falling apart in the first half of their semifinal. Kansas was up 40-12 before UNC finally kicked it into gear and closed to within five. That's as close as the Tar Heels would get.

Now the same Kansas Jayhawks, who have been nothing but steady all season at 36-3 straight up and a recession-busting 22-15 ATS, are preparing to meet a Memphis team that was favored by as many as two points at press time. The Tigers opened as a pick ‘em; the total is also drifting upward at many books, with 145.5 points the consensus.

Not to take anything away from the brilliant performance the Tigers gave while thumping UCLA 78-63 in the other semifinal. But Memphis was unusually good from the line on Saturday, going 20-for-23 (87 percent) to move all the way up to No. 329 in Division I at 61.3 percent on the season. This was after sinking 30 of 36 free throws (83.3 percent) against Texas. Like any other game, if the shots are falling, your team is winning.

The Tigers can't afford to revert back to their old free-throw form against the Jayhawks. They are the most efficient team in the league, 4-1 ATS in this Tournament with a deep and balanced lineup. That depth will come in very handy if Kansas needs to start hacking Memphis players – especially Joey Dorsey, who is Mr. Magoo from the charity stripe at 37.8 percent.

Dorsey personifies how things need to go right for the Tigers to get the upper hand Monday. Although he was held scoreless against the Bruins, Dorsey's 15 rebounds (six on offense) and two blocks were significant contributions for Memphis. He has the talent – coach John Calipari believes he can be a 20-10 threat – but as a self-described former “very hyperactive” child who escaped the streets of Baltimore, Dorsey needs a lot of direction from his coach. When Calipari lays it on too thick, Dorsey tenses and loses confidence. Then he gets angry at himself. You won't like him when he gets angry.

The game tips from the Alamodome in San Antonio is scheduled for 9:15 p.m. Eastern Time. CBS has the broadcast rights.

i'd also like to point out (as the story seems to have missed) that the tigers have lost ONE game this season.

so bite me.

championship game prediction for ncaa between kansas vs. memphis
2008-04-08 | (Relationship - Friendship)

Kansas vs. Memphis NCAA Championship Game Prediction - Associated Content
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Font FontMost analysts predicted that neither team was by to make it past the Final Four. Now after both pulled off upsets Memphis and Kansas meet each other in the National Championship. Memphis was supposed to go down to the force of Kevin Love and UCLA. Instead, Derrick Rose shredded UCLA as he led the Tigers to victory. Next up was UNC led by Tyler Hansbrough an unstoppable force. At first it looked like Kansas had it in the bag only to have UNC roar back into the game to close the lead to 4 points. From that point on though Kansas took control and went on to win 84-66 victory. Now the two teams meet for the first time all year. Memphis will bring the "dribble-drive motion" offense to the biggest stage it has ever had. Kansas will bring a more balanced attack and a ferocious defense that has shut down teams like UNC, Texas, and Michigan State. Now here are the breakdowns at each position and which team has the edge.

Point Guard: This is a position with two very talented guards leading each team. Derrick Rose leads Memphis on the attack and slices through teams like they are soft butter. On the other hand Brandon Rush has more experience and he is a great defender as well as a talented scorer and passer. Rose though was just more clutch than Rush during each team's last game. Rose never let Memphis falter against UCLA, while Rush did let UNC get back into the game thanks to many of the Jayhawks' turnovers.

Shooting Guard: Chris Douglas-Roberts just pours in points every game. Chalmers is good and a very talented defender but, Roberts scoring makes up for everything and gives him the advantage against Chalmers.

Third Guard: Antonio Anderson plays a third guard for Memphis in their offense. While, Sherron Collins and Russell Robinson split time in the starting lineup for Kansas. Anderson poor shooting puts him at a disadvantage compared to Kansas's combination.

Putting Taste Into Health Bars
2008-02-17 | (Relationship - Family)

  Putting Taste Into Health Bars
by: Suzanne Boase

I met the managing director of Desire Tree International, Biddut K. Roy, and discovered the wonderful taste of their health bars (also known as nutrition or energy bars) under the trade name of "Wonderbar".

In my conversation with Mr. Roy, I asked how he became involved in manufacturing such a wonderful food product. Mr. Roy replied, "I grew up preparing and serving healthy food to others...it is traditional as well as a good deed so my inclination was there."

He further explained, "As for manufacturing food items, several years ago I took care of a business for friends and later I felt inclined to do something with my own team--with the scope to develop and grow a unique company.

I was disappointed that many "energy bars", "health bars" or "nutrition bars" in the market are too bland for the consumers to be inspired about. Even parents expressed that they cannot get their children to eat them. Knowing this, our team wanted to make natural, healthy, tasty and nutritious health bars."

Formulating the Wonderbar

I sampled several Wonderbars made by "Desire Tree International" and WOW!, the products are very tasty and satisfying. The combinations are excellent with fresh nuts and dried fruits carefully prepared and packaged. An excellent product!

Mr. Roy went on to tell me, "My new partners and I worked for weeks and months formulating the product with different combinations of ingredients. We use only the finest, highest quality ingredients that are natural, free of chemical additives, without GMO, free from allergy causing substances as well as no added sugar.

We looked at many sweeteners and decided that honey would be the best ingredient. It is energy giving, naturally healthy, plus the taste is great. We worked with food nutritionists and studied necessary food guideline information to work out the food value, prepare and print wrappers, boxes, and acquire machines for proper mixing. We rented a suitable premise, registered our company and took care of the many details required to open our licensed company, "Desire Tree International."

After extensive preparations were made, we were finally ready with a line- of products in eight flavors: cashew almond pineapple, almond apple cranberry, pistachio apple, hazel date almond protein, almond apple ginger, pumpkin seeds sesame raisin, and macadamia pineapple. You can visit our website and check out our tasty and pleasing product choices at: http://www.wonderenergybar.com."

Entering and establishing Wonderbar Nutrition bar in a crowded market:

Biddut was very down to earth in letting me know the struggles of trying to establish the product in today's market. He said, "I knew that trying to market our product was going to take a lot of work. We started telephone marketing to health stores and participated in some health products shows but we were not getting anywhere fast. People told us our product is very good--some say it was the best in the market, although we had limited budget to work with. It was an uphill battle and I realized having a product is not a formula for success. It is one thing to have a great product but to be able to enter the market and compete with established brand-name products is success.

We kept sending samples to major stores, distributors, chain stores and building our direct sales. Finally, COSTCO Wholesalers approved our product for in store roadshows. People sampled our products and started buying from day one. That gave us a big break."

Encouraging Feedbacks

Biddut showed me many favorable responses he has been receiving from happy and satisfied customers who have sampled the company's products.

"It's the absolute best food bar I've ever eaten. Keep up the good work!"

"I bought a box of your bars this past weekend at Costco. They're fabulous! I love how fresh they are. I have tried 3 flavors so far and like them all."

"As soon as I tried the first bar, I loved it. This is by far the best fruit and nut bar I have ever tasted. Thank you so much for such a great product!"

"I just tried your Pumpkin Sesame Raisin Bar today for the first time and Loved It!!! Congratulations on a Great Product!"

"These macadamia pineapple bars are AWESOME! I love the crunchy factor and also that I can truly taste the goodness!"

"Those Wonder Bars are the best bars in existence today. Can I sell them on my website?"

It is very satisfying

Biddut said, "It is very satisfying to know people have received valuable food and loved it. Since they are inspired, I am sure they will also tell others."

"Please check it out for yourself. I assure you, Wonderbars are an excellent product." http://www.wonderenergybar.com.
