Privacy PolicyCybersist is a Personal Information Management (PIM) application that mainly contain a web-based email service (Email), a contact manager system (Contacts), a calendar system (Calendar), a web blogger tool (Blogs), photos (Photos) and files (Files) storage service, personal memo (Memos) and a bookmark management system (Links). All the services mentioned are provided free but you may purchase a Premium Membership which receive extra storage space for a fee.INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website. You are required to register (Sign up) with Cybersist if you wish to use the services provided by Cybersist. You are required to provide your username, password, a combination of security question and answer, your first name and last name, other information is optional. Your password will be encrypted and stored in a secure form in our database upon account activation. No party can acess your account through login unless you provide the login information to another party. The information we collect is: Cybersist does not use any information stored in Contacts, Calendar, Blogs, Photos, Files, Memos and Links for any marketing or commercial purposes. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE You can choose to make your Blogs or Photos public for anyone to access, including non-Cybersist members. By default your Blogs and Photos are private which only you can access them. To create or to join Groups, you need to be a registered Cybersist member. Groups allows you to share your Photos, Files, Memos and Links to the community and it will contain your Cybersist user name for each item you are sharing. Your user name will also appear next to each messages posted and calendar events added. USE OF COOKIE When you visit Cybersist, a cookie is placed on your computer (if the your browser accepts cookies) or is read if the you has visited the site previously. We use cookies to remember your session information from page to page. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY Cybersist may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Cybersist account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
