There are so many similar services out there, why should I use your service?
Unlike other similar services, our only business is through the sales of our service so we strive to make the
application as good as possible in-accordance to your needs. We listen to your requests and will try our best to
fulfull it. Most other website have advertisements and some even share their user information with other party, but
we do not do that. Unlike other websites, we combine all the popular internet services, so you do not need to create a
seperate account to share your photos, publish your blogs, read or write emails.
What are the system requirement to use your service?
Virtually any system that is connected to the internet and contain a browser can use our service. However it is
recommended to use Internet Explorer 5 or above or Netscape 6 or above. The Upload Helper application requires
Java plugin, and must be at least version 1.3 or above. Cookies and Javascript is used intensively to provide better
navigation and must be turned on.
I do not need so many features, can I turn some of them off?
Yes. You can turn off Calendar, Blogs, Photos, Files, Memos or Links under Settings by unchecking the checkbox. Email
and Contact can not be turn off.
I ran out of storage space, will I still receive in-comming emails?
Yes. Each account have a 500kb overdraft of storage space for in-coming emails. You can upgrade your account to receive
a larger storage space.
Rating and Point System:
What does the point system do?
The point system is a simple measurement of a user's activity level on the public.
How do I earn more points?
You can earn points by post comments (shout) or by rating other user's public blogs or photos. You can also earn points when users rate
your blogs or your photos. The points table is shown as below:

Beside earning points through comments and ratings, ocassionally there will be competition where winner and finalists
can earn extra points. The point value granted may vary for each competition.
What does the stars mean?

Why there is a point granted even I gave a negative ratings to the user's blogs or photos?
The main purpose of the point system is to measure user's activity level. Although the quality of the blogs or photos
do count in earning points, there will still be a point given for the users who doesn't share the same mindset as you.

What is Google Earth?
Google Earth is a new application created by Google that offers satellite images for pinpointed regional location.

How does Google Earth works in Cybersist.com?
You can upload a Google Earth file (*.kmz or *.kml) that tags with a photo indicating the location
where the photo was taken. If the photo is in public, viewer can download/open the Google Earth file which
brings them to the location through satellite images. Both icons
and
indicates the photo has a Google Earth file attached to it and viewer
can click on the icon(s) to download/open the Google Earth file.
What are the requirements for using Google Earth on Cybersist.com?
You need to install Google Earth on your PC. You can download the free version of Google Earth at
http://kh.google.com/download/earth/index.html.

How do I create the Google Earth file?
Run Google Earth after you had installed on your pc. On the top left of Google Earth you will see a
search box like the image below.

Type in the location name and press enter. If your location is not found, you can always navigate
to your location using the action bar at the bottom of Google Earth window.

Once you are at your location, click on or press
ctrl + n to add a Placemark on your location. On the window that pops up after you place your Placemark,
Type in the Name and the Description and clck OK. Finally Save your Placemark (File -> Save As...).
You can save it in either kmz or kml format.
Where can I upload my Google Earth file?
You can upload your Google Earth file when you are uploading your photo in Cybersist.com. You can
also add Google Earth file when you edit your photo information by clicking

What is Google Adsense?
Google AdSense is a service provided for website publishers to display relevant Google ads
on their website's content pages to earn money. For more information about Google AdSense please

How does Google AdSense works in Cybersist.com?
Your Google ads will be displayed in 7 different locations on your public blog and photo pages. Those
ads are specifically optimized to allow better penetration of the ads. Any click on those ads
will generate a revenue for you through AdSense. To Learn more about AdSense payments please visit

How do I start Google AdSense on Cybersist.com?
First you need to have a Google AdSense account. You can create it at
http://www.google.com/adsense/.
Then you need to get your "google_ad_client" id and save it in your Cybersist.com account
settings. You can get your "google_ad_client" id by login into your AdSense account,
click on the "AdSense for Content" tab, scroll to the bottom and you will see your
"google_ad_client" id which has a prefix of "pub-". You can save the "google_ad_client" string
under Settings -> Adsense. You can start earn from AdSense right after you click save.
Where does my Google ads display on my website?
Your Google ads will be displayed at 7 different location.
1) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/ - Ads located just underneath your latest blog's title.
2) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/blog/ - Ads located just underneath your latest blog's title.
3) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/blog/display/###/blog_title.html - Ads located just underneath your blog's title.
4) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/photo/ - Ads located just underneath the page number navigation links.
5) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/photo/album/album_name/ - Ads located just underneath the photo album name.
6) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/photo/album/album_name/ - Ads located at the bottom of the page.
7) - http://yourusername.cybersist.com/photo/display/###/photo_title.html - Ads located just underneath the page number navigation links.
